The coaching will cover a different topic and section each week moving through the short sale process from start to finish. We work off of the Mastering Short Sales for Mega-Profit Home Study System which is recommended prior to coaching, but not required.  For the price of most other courses you will be interacting with your coach and other students for valuable information on getting your deals done!

You will likely be completing deals even before the 12 week sessions are complete. These sessions are an hour in length and will be recorded for you to download later.  Your payment holds your spot, and we will notify you as to the start date. Classes starting in starting in July/Aug/Set/Oct/Nov/Dec.  We will contact you with the next available date of your choice.
